Why Cajon Valley Home School?
Cajon Valley Homeschool offers a unique and flexible K–8 educational experience designed to meet the diverse needs of today’s families. Whether you’re looking for live virtual instruction, a parent-led homeschool model, or a blend of both, our program provides the structure, support, and personalization to help each student thrive.
We are proud to offer one of the only virtual learning programs in Southern California that delivers live daily instruction from credentialed teachers. This model ensures students receive high-quality, interactive lessons aligned to California state standards—without compromising flexibility. Our scheduling options support families navigating alternative learning needs, including medical circumstances, competitive athletic or performance commitments, frequent travel, or personal preferences for non-traditional education.
For families living outside the Cajon Valley Union School District boundaries, we provide a personalized, public homeschool option that may not be available through their local district. Enrollment is open to students residing in San Diego, Imperial, Riverside, Orange, Los Angeles, and San Bernardino Counties.
As part of the Cajon Valley Union School District, our homeschool students also benefit from the district’s commitment to career exploration and real-world readiness. Through a K–8 curriculum that includes career awareness activities, students discover their RIASEC code—a framework based on Holland’s theory of career choice, which identifies six personality types: Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, and Conventional. Students learn how their strengths and interests connect to real career paths and develop a sense of purpose in their learning.
At Cajon Valley Homeschool, we believe in empowering families with choice and students with voice—offering a pathway to success that aligns with each learner’s goals, strengths, and future aspirations.
This is a wonderful opportunity for students who face difficulties attending school in person. Thank you so much for this program; it has helped my student immensely—enabling them to feel safe and continue learning without fear or anxiety. My sincere thanks go to the teachers who have supported my student, for their time and understanding.“
